ScorBox OEE

ScorBox OEE

Product Description offers configurable ScorBox OEE panels for versatile manufacturing applications to automate the data collection and measurement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

ScorBox OEE panels are manufactured by Premier Automation, a leading solution provider in industrial automation.  The ScorBox OEE panel utilizes Siemens components, including the S7-1200, to ensure quality and reliability in the end product.

All ScorBox OEE panels will include a NEMA 12 enclosure, 7″ touch HMI display, and pre-programmed PLC ready to start determining equipment effectiveness.  Once a ScorBox OEE panel is connected to an existing sensor system, data collection begins and performance metrics are available immediately.  Major factors such as availability, performance, and quality are all tracked in the form of run/idle time, speeds vs. ideal run times, and good products vs. rejects.

Configurator Options

The ScorBox OEE configurator enables you to design your own OEE package by selecting various options to fit your application. The configurator takes you through a series of questions regarding your various options available to assist with the configuration. For example, you can configure a basic enclosed ScorBox system and add features such as pilot lights, a stack light, scrolling marquee, and television/monitor connectivity.

The ScorBox OEE configurator also offers many additional features including:

  • Analog and digital inputs
  • Customizable metrics
  • Email alerts
  • Real time data exporting

Once you have completed the design of your ScorBox OEE panel, the configurator displays your configuration along with a quotation, unique configured part number, and drawings.

The configurator for ScorBox OEE panels offers a wide range of options that cover the most common applications. However, if you do not find what you’re looking for, contact, and we will customize a ScorBox OEE package to fit your specific needs.
